Assemble at Cochin International Airport. Check-in for your flight begins three hours before departure. It is recommended to arrive early to complete all necessary procedures without any rush. Once you’ve checked in, proceed to immigration formalities and complete the security checks. After completing all the formalities, you will board your flight, which will depart from Cochin as per the scheduled time. Enjoy your journey as you begin your exciting adventure abroad.
Upon your arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, complete the necessary immigration formalities and customs clearance. Once done, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative, who will be waiting for you outside the baggage claim area. They will assist you with your luggage and escort you to a private vehicle for a comfortable transfer to your hotel for the Early check in.
After breakfast, we will head to the Cu Chi Tunnels, an extensive network of underground tunnels stretching over 200 km in length and 3 to 8 meters in depth. These tunnels were used by Vietnamese soldiers as hiding spots during combat and served various purposes, including communication and supply routes, hospitals, food and weapon caches, and living quarters for many North Vietnamese fighters. The tunnel system played a crucial role in the Vietnamese resistance against American forces, helping to counter the growing American military presence. After the visit, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before returning to Ho Chi Minh.
In the afternoon, we will visit the Reunification Hall, Central Post Office, and Notre Dame Cathedral. You will also have some free time for shopping at Ben Thanh Market. Dinner will be served at a local restaurant, followed by an overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh.
After breakfast, depart for My Tho, located approximately 75 km from the city. On the way, stop to visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda. Upon arrival at the Mekong, enjoy a leisurely boat ride along the river, visiting Thai Son Islet and The Fruit Garden. Here, you can sample fresh local fruits, taste longan honey tea, and try coconut candy while enjoying traditional Vietnamese folk music. A special Vietnamese lunch will be served, featuring Mekong "Elephant Ear Fish" and "Dinosaur Egg." Afterward, return to Ho Chi Minh City to explore Saigon's China Town and visit the Thien Hau Temple. Dinner will be served in Ho Chi Minh, followed by an overnight stay in the city.
Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel. Afterward, check out of your room, ensuring all your belongings are packed and ready for your journey to Hanoi. You will then be escorted to the airport for your flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative, who will assist you with your transfer to the city center. After your arrival in the city, embark on a guided tour to explore Hanoi’s iconic landmarks. Your first stop will be:
Ho Chi Minh Complex: This historical site is dedicated to the life and legacy of Ho Chi Minh, the founding father of Vietnam. The complex includes the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace, and Ho Chi Minh’s Stilt House, giving you a deeper understanding of the country’s history and leadership.
St. Joseph's Cathedral: Located in Hanoi, is a beautiful neo-Gothic church built in 1886 during the French colonial period. It is one of the oldest and most iconic churches in Vietnam. The cathedral is known for its stunning architectural design, featuring tall spires, arched windows, and intricate stained glass.
Ngoc Son Temple: Located on an island in Hanoi's Hoan Kiem Lake, is a historic temple dedicated to General Tran Hung Dao, a national hero. The temple is accessible via the picturesque Huc Bridge and is known for its beautiful architecture, blending Vietnamese and Chinese styles. It holds cultural and historical significance.
Hanoi Train Street: Take a stroll through the famous Hanoi Train Street, where trains pass through narrow alleys just inches away from homes and cafes. Enjoy a local drink as you watch the bustling life along the tracks, a must-see experience in the heart of the city.
Hoan Kiem Lake: Known as “The Returned Sword Lake,” this picturesque lake is steeped in legend and is a central point in Hanoi. It is surrounded by lush greenery and features the Ngoc Son Temple on an island in the middle of the lake, making it a peaceful retreat in the city.
After a fulfilling day of exploring Hanoi’s historical and cultural landmarks, you will be transferred back to your hotel. You will have some time to refresh and relax before the evening. Enjoy your evening at leisure and rest up for the next day’s adventures in Hanoi. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Pick-up from your hotel for your journey to Ha Long. After approximately 3 to 3.5 hours of driving, you will arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor. Along the way, enjoy the scenic beauty of the Vietnamese countryside, with views of rice fields and hardworking farmers using traditional cultivation methods. There will be a brief stop midway through the drive for a short break.
Upon arrival, you will board the boat, the highlight of your Halong Bay day trip. A delicious lunch will be served on board by the crew. As you enjoy your meal, the captain will guide the cruise past some of the most iconic islets in the bay, including Dog Islet, Incense Burner Islet, and Fighting Cock Islet.
One of the stops on your 4-hour cruise will be Dong Thien Cung (Heavenly Palace Cave), located on a secluded island in the bay. True to its name, the cave is filled with incredible stalactites and stalagmites, beautifully lit with colourful lights that transform the space into a fairytale-like palace.
After the cruise, return to the harbour and head back to Hanoi, arriving in the late afternoon. Dinner will be served, and you will stay overnight in Hanoi.
Enjoy a final breakfast at your hotel, savoring the last moments in Vietnam before your departure. After breakfast, check out from the hotel and you will be escorted to Noi Bai International Airport for your return flight.
